Start of muscle building journey

September 1st 2024 Stats:

Weight 180lbs (82kg)

Neck 15.5”

Shoulders 45”

Chest 41”

Waist 37”

Arms 12”

Thighs 19”

Calves 13”

As a complete beginner to weight training I will be starting by:

  1. Only using dumbbells and machines.
  2. Using a very high repetition range.

I will do this for safety so I can perfect my technique and get a good mind to muscle connection.
